Terms Effective October 25, 2026
Terms of service
These terms cover your use of nearzerolabs.com and the sessions you book through it. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them.
01Who we are
Near Zero Labs (“we”, “us”) operates nearzerolabs.com and the Near Zero Labs channels. For questions about these terms, write to partners@nearzerolabs.com.
02Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or send false or abusive information through its forms.
03Our content
The site’s text, films, stories, models, designs and logos belong to Near Zero Labs or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with attribution. Republishing or reselling our content requires our written permission.
04The $1,000 Cup of Tequila
You schedule the session through Calendly and pay through Stripe. A session is confirmed only once payment goes through. The price and session details shown when you book apply.
The session is livestreamed and recorded. By booking, you agree to the livestream and recording, and you give Near Zero Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit and publish the session. That covers the full recording, clips from it, and a written story about the session and your business, on our site and social channels. You confirm that you have the right to share what you show us. Don’t bring anything to the session that you need to keep confidential.
What we build or suggest during the session, such as research, positioning, site directions and campaign ideas, is yours to use in your business.
05Engagements
Consulting engagements, such as Blueprint, The Rebuild and Residency, are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
06Other services
The site relies on other companies’ services, including Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments and YouTube for video. Each has its own terms, and those terms apply when you use them. Our internal publishing tool, Brew, uses YouTube API Services, and that use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
07No warranties
We provide the site and its content as they are. Our sessions and published material share ideas and examples. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and the decisions you make for your business are your own.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Near Zero Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our sessions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
09Changes
When we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
